A horrible thought!

Today everyone was posting pictures of them and their mothers on Facebook. I went to see if I had one to use, as tomorrow is mothers day.  I had a few where we both where in the photo, but you could not see us both.

You know what I mean. The photos you know who the back of the head belongs to but you just do not feel like it is a photo of the two of you. I had to ask family to get photos, and a few where found, but I was an infant.

I am thankful for them, more than most would know.

It made me sad, and made me realise as a single parent, it is hard to make sure there are photos of you with you children. Partly because you.are always taking them. So I decided I will make sure I get photos of the boys and i , more than just family photos, but photos of us snuggling.

Just I'm case, if I'm not around. They know I not only took care of them, but spent time with them. And that they can post photos on mothers day!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

I no longer have a baby.

From they day they are born, you know that they are growing up.

You understand as they hit milestone

After milestone

Yet really knowing your baby, isn't going to be a baby forever. It hits you, and not softly, one day you are snuggling your baby, and the next, the next he has his first lose tooth. PUNCH, SMACK, FWHAP right upside the head. Your baby is now a big kid.

From one parent to another. Snuggle a little longer, read another story, and just let them be little. It really is just for a little while.

Country Crock Original Spread Garlic Bread

I received some country crock original spread. I got it from @influenster to try and give a review for free. We have tried it in many, many things. The boys fav so far was garlic bread.
Ingredients
1 loaf Italian bread sliced
Country crock original spread
Garlic salt
Crushed Basil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place scliced bread on a cookie sheet
Spread a good amount or country crock spread on top of all slices of bread
Sprinkle garlic salt and Basil on top of the country crock spread
Put in oven on middle rack for about 12 min or until desired amount of toasting.
